"Pixelated Bliss: Third Dawn"
By Ezra Miles

There are times
Times when I can’t come up with anything
I stare at a blank screen,
Wishing those words would fill the empty void
I sometimes wonder if it’s just a delusion
Or if what I feel is real
I wish you’d be here to help me think
And somehow go back to how things were
But I know it’s in my imagination
Or just a fond memory
I just reminisce,
Hoping to see your face.
Sometimes I’d fall asleep.
Nod off to an old memory
To a time you were still here
No one will know exactly what I think
Or feel deep down
I sometimes feel your ghostly touch
When I write and ponder
At this pixelated bliss
I know writers tend to draw blanks. During some of these "blanks" they subconsciously start sifting through old memories. Good ones, bad ones..... great ones. Your mind isn't moving the way you want it. All of a sudden you think of an old friend or a deceased loved one Part of a series of "dawns" bits and pieces of human nature. this is meant to bridge the mind and a collective unconsciousness. A nexus, of sorts. (Reuploaded from an older account.)

I feel like this a lot, when I have an idea and I just don't know how to write it all down.
